I created an ‘other world’ of a fallen temple to queer romance strongly influenced by Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo & Juliet, and drawing on the history of KOKO in its previous incarnation as Camden Palace.

I designed and fabricated high-quality stage pieces that are at the heart of KOKO’s club night prop store.

I sourced additional props to dress the stage with the required aesthetic, and I worked closely with the venue’s lighting technicians and production managers to realise my vision across the set and lighting design.
